Riding Bikes

We closed on our house today! We actually closed on both houses, the one we are selling and the one we are buying. So it's official! We move out this weekend (we can't get into our new house until Sat at 12, and have to be out of this house by Sun at 12). So it'll be a busy few days but we are so ready! I had these random pictures so I thought I'd better post them quick, it's going to be busy and I'll probably be away from the computer for while!

Cooper is very into riding bikes lately, so these are just a few pictures I took one day of us playing outside.

He's in time-out, I can't remember why :)

Botanical Gardens Part 2

We visited the Botanical Gardens again while Cooper was in school and this time Laura helped me get some pictures of Jackson. He was very smiley and loved being the center of attention. He just cracks me up!

(note the sunscreen all over his face. I should have rubbed it in better before we took pictures, whoops!)

Fall Festivities

We went to Grandma and Grandpa B's house last weekend for the kids to have a "monster movie night" with them. They had such a great time!

Candy corn was the theme of the party, and here is the yummy dessert. The color is awful but the dessert is a layered yummy dessert, layered like a candy corn.

They also made pizza that had the same colors as candy corn.

Each kid got a pumpkin apron. Here is Cooper doing his own "posing." So funny!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to our annual trip to the pumpkin patch last weekend. It was a beautiful day, but kind of hot for the pumpkin patch. Jackson also was running a fever so he wasn't his normal smiley self, but we went anyway! We are moving in one week (ahh!!) so I wasn't sure if we'd get another chance to go.

Cousins!

We did the corn maze with the older kids. It actually was kind of hard (not to mention hot) so we had to have a farmer give us some hints! (ben is posing for the camera!)

I don't really like messes so it was a big deal for me to let him paint! It wasn't as bad as I thought, so I think we'll be doing it more often.

Elizabeth and Tony's Wedding

A few weekends ago we went to our good friend Elizabeth's wedding. Ryan went to school with her and I met her in college. It was a wonderful wedding and the most perfect day. Perfect weather, not a cloud in the sky, which is perfect for an outdoor wedding! (Wow, I used perfect a lot in that sentence!) Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures until the evening.

Jackson's 1 Year Pictures

We finally got Jackson's 1 year pictures taken. He was only 13 months old, so a month behind is not too bad, is it? :)

We hadn't had an official family photo taken yet so we decided to take a few.

Then we got some brother pictures.

We tried for a few more brother poses but they didn't work out so well.

It was so hard to get a good picture of Jackson! He's at that age I guess. (Plus I didn't love our photographer)

He started to cry and wouldn't let us get any more, so we moved onto the cake. That of course was a hit!
