I was having a hard time thinking of seven things when I then realized that I don't write much about myself on the blog, mostly the kids! Since the majority of people who read this know me personally, you probably will know much of what I share, but that's ok! :)
So, here we go...
1. I have a twin sister and we were born on my twin aunt and uncle's birthday! It was always a hope of mine that I would have twins, also on our birthday. Hasn't happened...yet. he he
2. I am a dessertaholic. Is that a word? I LOVE all kinds of dessert. I remember in college making peanut butter butterscotch rice krispy treats with friends and we would eat the entire batch right then and there. (do my college friends remember this?) I gave up desserts for lent and this year I'm doing it for the right reasons, so hopefully I'll be able to stick with it.
3. I am not a sports fan, not at all. When KState was in bowl game we had people over and I didn't even watch. I'm trying to get more into it because Ryan loves sports, and I now have two boys who love sports! It helps that they are starting to play-I definitely love watching them!
4. I LOVE to read. I read while brushing my teeth, sometimes while making meals, etc.. If it's an especially good book I'll stay up and read it until I'm finished. I feel kind of lost if I have finished my books and don't have a new one lined up to read.
5. (This is along the same lines but I wanted to make sure I'd hit 7 things :) I have been keeping a book list of the books I've read since I was in the 9th grade. In case people are curious, not counting re-reading I've read 899 books. My mom has kept a list since she was I believe in 9th grade (which is where I got the idea), and there are 1,000s on that list!
**Side note, I was reading these to Ryan and he said "don't put that, it makes you sound geeky" He's so funny. Maybe he said this because I could probably count the amount of books he's read in his lifetime on two hands! :) I'm working on him!
6. I'm still not on facebook! I have no desire to get on it and I don't know if I ever will. But I love to read blogs! The one negative to no facebook means I can't get a pinterest account. That might eventually force me to join facebook, but it hasn't yet.
7... this is a suprise for my next blog post :)

King of the World!!! There was a fairly big hill where we were taking pictures and Cooper was so excited to roll down it.
Jackson ran down it and as I'm yelling... Go SLOW, BE CAREFUL, he wipes out. Luckily it was on the grass and he wasn't hurt a bit. I'm trying not to be so cautious, but it's hard not to be!

(I had a really cute pic of Cooper in them to put here but once I put it in I realized you could see my license plate in it-just imagine a cute Cooper in glasses here :)
Ok ok, you probably figured it out, they're just for fun!! 
While Cooper is in school Jackson gets to do fun things with me like going to Target! :) (although since he gets a dohnut while we shop he usually doesn't complain!) Sometimes we'll go to story hour at the library or do a playdate so that's fun too!

Jackson is getting so big! He is talking so much and is starting to get into letters and numbers. He LOVES to play with Cooper and follows him around copying his every move.

Cooper started PK on Tuesday and last week we had his Meet the Teacher. Cooper loved his teacher and his classroom, and one of our neighbors is in his class. That made him feel even more excited about PK!

We had a little 1st day of PK celebration and a 1/2 birthday party. I've always wanted to do that, so this year I combined the two. Here he is with a half wrapped present.
Half a cookie on half a birthday plate with 4 and a half candles! Lots of halves! (he's covered in lasagna so please ignore that!)

He got his backpack and inside was a little present and MONSTER MIST! My mom reminded me of this idea. Cooper all of the sudden has gotten really scared of stuff. Things that never bothered him before like going into his closet, going in to his bathroom, etc... are now scaring him. So I made this monster mist (water, a few drops of lavendar oil, and glitter) for him to take with him. It makes bad guys and monsters disappear! It's magic :). He loves it. We'll see if it works!
