Little Halloween Party

I had the cousins over last week for a little Halloween party. It was nothing too special, but it was a chance to get the kids all together and take pictures of them in their costumes! We did a few easy crafts and had our traditional Halloween meal: cheese puffs, orange jello with pumpkins, grilled cheese (normally it's hot dogs but I didn't have any) and an orange punch. Yum! :) The same meal we had growing up every Halloween.

I got this Curious George game from target and the kids were playing it. I had to put this pic in because you need to look closely at Cooper's feet. For some reason he decided to hold his cards with his toes instead of his hands! So funny.

The kids: Cooper the knight, Jackson the dragon, Ben the knight, and Elizabeth the princess. Probably the only year they'll all be dressed in a theme together!

If any of you saw Laura's blog a few posts ago, she had made these spider hats with Ben. So of course I had to copy her. Cooper decorated the faces of the spiders-all of that scribble are the eyes, nose, etc... Isn't that funny?

2 Months Old!

Jackson had his two month check up a few days ago and is doing so well! He is BIG! He weighed.... 15.11 pounds, can you believe that? (He had just eaten, but still!) Cooper weighed only 13 pounds at 2 months, and I always thought he was big! Jackson is off the charts for height, weight, and head size, so I guess he's big all the way around :). Love it!

Another Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Here is Ben! This picture is out of order, I explained it at the end of this post.

This past weekend we went again to the pumpkin patch. It was a BEAUTIFUL day so we just had to go and take more pictures, plus Grandma and Grandpa B wanted to go this time with us. We had a great time, it was perfect weather and the kids all cooperated for pictures. Couldn't ask for anything more!

October Playdate

Last week a few friends came over with their kids for a playdate. We had lots of fun with them!

Seeing Family

After we went to the pumpkin patch we went to my parents' house for dinner. I didn't get any pictures with my dad, but a few with my mom and Laura. (See below the first pic, they are of course out of order)



This is random pic but it's a Halloween game I saw on-line that Cooper had fun playing, so I thought I'd post it. (It's just different body parts cut out of felt, then you can decorate felt pumpkins. You make a dice to go with it so you know what part you can pick; e.g. eyes, noses, etc...) You can probably tell by looking at it that I just made it myself with felt, so it's very easy to do! Cooper decorated it himself, I was interested to see if he knew where all the body parts went.

The Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch last week with a few a friends and had a great time! The weather wasn't the greatest so there weren't very many people which made it nice.
